As an experienced training manager and expert in crew training and flight operations, Marc is dedicated to leveraging his expertise to lead ALTBLUE in expanding its aviation-focused management consulting and training capabilities.

Under his leadership, ALTBLUE successfully navigates significant challenges while strategically advancing its international business model and operational frameworks. His leadership ensures ALTBLUE’s readiness to deliver exceptional standards and adaptability to global markets.

Radu Juncu co-founded ALTBLUE and has been a Managing Partner since its inception, bringing a rich aviation background that spans multiple sectors and global markets.

He began his journey as a fighter pilot in the Romanian Air Force, where he demonstrated exceptional skill piloting the MiG-21 Lancer. Transitioning to commercial aviation, Radu gained invaluable experience as a pilot and instructor at a prestigious European airline. His career expanded further with a major low-cost carrier in Asia, where he honed strong communication skills within a vibrant multicultural environment.

As a corporate pilot and Flight Operations & Training Manager, Radu adeptly managed the complexities of business aviation. His strategic leadership in training and operational standards has been instrumental in elevating ALTBLUE’s capabilities, ensuring the company leads the aviation industry by delivering innovative solutions and exceptional services on a global scale.
